What the Mystery Wheel does — and does not — promise

Standard and Elite each include one extra koi, with possible sizes of 4–5, 5–6, 6–7, 8–10 or 10–12 inches. The larger size outcomes are not guaranteed and the list does not imply equal chances. The reveal sheet travels with your fish.

Ultimate guarantees its three stated base koi and one wheel spin. Its prize can be an additional koi, an upgrade, food or another advertised prize; it is not a guaranteed fourth koi.

The allocation method and odds have not been published. Ask us to confirm the promotion terms before ordering if the wheel outcome matters to your choice.

Can I visit and see the fish?

Yes. Find us at Sandiacre Garden Centre & Farm Shop, Himley Lane, DY3 4LN. Contact us before travelling to confirm current opening times.

Will I receive the exact fish pictured?

Check the individual product description. Individual fish, mixed selections and mystery boxes are sold as described on their product pages. Ask us before ordering if you're unsure.

What should I know about delivery?

Live-fish delivery £24.95. Dry-goods delivery £9.99.

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Live-fish postage is £24.95 and dry-goods postage is £9.99. The final service and charge are confirmed for your address and order at checkout, including mixed orders and any surcharges.

Choose an available delivery date when prompted and make sure someone can receive live fish. Readiness and safe travel conditions come first; contact us if you need a particular date.

What about the 7-day guarantee?

Our seven-day fish health guarantee reflects our confidence in the care and preparation of the fish we send. If you are concerned during the first seven days after arrival, contact us promptly with your order number, photos or video and water-test readings so we can review the concern with you.

How are your fish quarantined?

Our Yoshikigoi koi and other pond fish settle, undergo microscopic scrape checks and acclimate before release. Japanese koi are warmed to 22°C for observation, scraped and treated as needed, then gradually adjusted towards UK pond temperatures.
