How we choose your fish

We choose the mixture from available stock, considering colour, pattern and body shape. Exact varieties, markings and individual fish are not guaranteed. Product videos show examples unless a listing explicitly identifies an exact fish.

Your included wheel spin

Ultimate guarantees its three stated base koi and one wheel spin. Its prize can be an additional koi, an upgrade, food or another advertised prize; it is not a guaranteed fourth koi. The allocation method and odds have not been published. Ask us to confirm the promotion terms before ordering if the wheel outcome matters to your choice.

Before ordering

Have an established pond, suitable filtration, aeration and long-term space for these fish and any additional fish prize. Compare the stated size mix with Standard and Elite to choose the box suited to your pond.

Delivery is offered to eligible mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Collection must be arranged with the shop. Choose an available arrival date and check all delivery charges before payment.
