Fish and food use separate delivery profiles. A mixed order normally includes both £24.95 and £9.99 delivery charges (£34.94 combined). Service is available to eligible mainland postcodes in England, Scotland and Wales. Some remote postcodes are restricted; Northern Ireland and islands are not covered by this mainland estimate. Check the service offered for your address.
The date you choose is your arrival date. Saturday is available only when the calendar offers it and the extra service is booked. Choosing a date in a note alone does not reserve a service.
Fish dispatch is normally the working day before the booked arrival. An available Saturday arrival requires Friday dispatch. Weather, fish readiness and courier capacity can restrict dates; we will contact you if a confirmed arrangement needs to change.
Food-only orders use the dry-goods service and do not need a live-fish arrival appointment.
To collect, contact the shop before checkout. We will agree a time and confirm how to place or pay for the collection order. Do not pay fish postage and assume it will be automatically refunded.

Choose your fish and confirm your delivery date. New arrivals may need settling time before dispatch. Follow the current delivery notice and the date confirmed for your order.
Packed the day before
The day before your confirmed delivery, we prepare your fish at WakeyKoi in Himley, DY3 4LN. They are double bagged with water and pure oxygen, then placed in their cardboard shipping box.
A care guide inside
We include a WakeyKoi care guide to help you welcome your fish home.
Sealed, labelled and collected
The box is sealed with fragile tape, labelled LIVE FISH and collected for the booked DX service.
